Pork rolls with cherry tomato

FULL RECIPE

Ingredients:

10 Cherry tomatoes
10 slices (150g)  Thin pork belly 
12 - 15 stalks Snap pea
1 tablespoon Olive oil
1 tablespoon Tonkatsu
1 tablespoon Tomato sauce
1 tablespoon Cooking wine
  Salt
  Pepper

Directions:

  1. Rub salt and pepper into the pork belly slices to marinate. Roll each pork belly slice onto a cherry tomato, and grasp tightly to combine.
  2. Heat olive oil on a saucepan [over (low/medium/high) heat]. Add the cherry tomatoes and snap peas. Sprinkle over salt and pepper and cook.
  3. Flip the cherry tomatoes over periodically and cook until grill marks appear, add tonkatsu, tomato sauce, and cooking wine. Stir and cover to cook over low heat for 1 minute.
  4. Transfer onto a plate and serve.
