Acqua Pazza with Tofu

FULL RECIPE

Ingredients :

Silken Tofu 1
Shrimps 8
Cod Fillets 2
Carb Sticks 3
Scallops 4
Cherry Tomatoes 8
Garlic Clove 1
Lemon (unwaxed) ½
Thyme Sprigs 3
Olive Oil 1
Water 50ml 
Salt and Pepper  

Directions:

  1. Cut the garlic into slices; cut the fillet into 3 even sections, season with salt and pepper
  2. Cut the silken tofu into pieces
  3. Wash the lemon and cut into slices
  4. Heat the deep frying pan with olive oil, add garlic, wait till the garlic’s aroma comes out, put in the cod fillets to cook on both sides
  5. Add all ingredients (except lemon), put the lid on and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes. Place the lemon on top to serve
