使用山形縣產的 (La France)西洋梨出來的梨子果醬。「LA FRANCE 西洋梨」是1864年於法國發現的一種西洋梨，據說因極度美味讓人稱之為「最能代表法國的水果」，故取名為「LA FRANCE」。
含糖量適中，為40%，吃起來的味道十分平衡令人一試難忘。最適合塗在麵包，蛋糕，或加在乳酪成為美味的西洋梨乳酪。
