アマさんスケジュールのサンプル & ジョブディスクリプション

アマさんスケジュール (一日の予定、週単位) のサンプル

初めてアマさん（外国人ホームヘルパーさん／メイドさん）をお願いしようという方、
特に香港に来たばかりの方で、更にはアマさんも初香港というような場合、
何をどうやってもらったらいいのか分からない・・・というお話をよく聞きます。
また、やりたいことは大体決めているけど、英語で伝えられるか不安・・・というお話も聞きます。
とりあえず来てもらって段々慣れてもらえばいいという考えもあると思いますが（それでうまく行ってる方も多いです）、でも最初が肝心！準備しておいた方が安心！という方のために、
「スケジュール（一日の予定、週単位）」と「ジョブディスクリプション（やって欲しいこと）」のサンプルを作りました。
なお和訳は、直訳では表現しにくい所があるので、意訳している部分もあります。
また、訳の間違いも少しあるかもしれませんが、ご了承ください。

香港ママさんたちのお役にたてると嬉しいですが、あくまで「サンプル」とご了解ください。
丸一日（例えばガッツリ８時間休憩以外）働かせるもの？
掃除などが終わって「余った時間」があったらそれはアマさんの自由時間？
それともやる事を見つけて働いてもらうもの？
それらは「こういうもの」という決まりはなく、それぞれのご家庭の考え方によって違うと思います。
ライフスタイル・お子さんの年齢・家事育児に対する考え（どう「分担」したいか）・お仕事をされているかどうかなどによっても、異なると思います。
あくまでひとつの参考として、お考えください。
サンプルは少し（？）仕事を多めにしているので、これを元に（コピー＆ペーストなどして）それぞれのご家庭に合ったものを作っていただければと思います。

ジョブディスクリプション（やって欲しいこと）

Laundry 洗濯	1. Washing Whites and Colours should be washed separately. Whites – Hot water 40 c / Colours -Cold water Delicates – washed in the Landry nets Machine Dry – Only lines (Towel & Bed fit sheets) Hang Dry – all the other items Washing at night / please do not leave wet laundry in the washing machine in order to avoid mold and smell. 洗濯について白い衣類と色物衣類は分別して洗って下さい白い衣類−４０度のお湯／色物−お水繊細な衣類−洗濯ネットを使って下さい乾燥機−リネン類のみに使用して下さい（タオルやベッドシーツ）物干にかけ干し−上記以外のものは物干にかけて下さい夜間に洗濯する場合／カビや悪臭の発生を防ぐために、洗濯機の中に濡れた洗濯物を放置しないでください。 2. Kitchen	1. Bottle water For cooking and drinking Natural Springs Australia (2484 1393 / ID no 1450) ボトル入り飲料水料理と飲料に使用して下さい飲料水配達会社の名前と電話番号 2. Food Always keep fresh and handle with care No food should be kept on the counter or stove in the kitchen for more than one ours. Must always be refrigerated. 食品について鮮度を保ち、衛生面には常に気を配り扱って下さい一時間以上食べ物を台所のカウンターやコンロの上に放置しないようにして下さい。冷蔵庫で保管して下さい 3. Beverage Inventory needs to be checked and refilled 飲み物について在庫の確認をして在庫が切れないようにして下さい 4. Cooking wear and dinner wear Need to be cleaned, dried and handled with care Cabinet should always be organized Clean / Dry / back to Cabinet space after every meal 台所用品や食器類についてきれいに洗って乾かして、丁寧に扱って下さい食器棚の中は常に整理整頓して下さい毎食後にきれいに洗って乾燥させ、キャビネット内の元の場所に戻して下さい 5. Bathroom	1. Fresh towels Replace face towel – everyday / bath towel – every other day タオル類洗面所のタオルは毎日取り替えて下さい／風呂場のバスタオルは隔日に取り替えて下さい 2. Cleaning Bathroom sink – everyday Bathroom marbles (floors) – three times a week Toilet seat – everyday Toilet bowl – three times week 浴室洗面所清掃洗面所の洗面台／毎日洗面所の大理石の床／週三回トイレの便座シート／毎日トイレの便器／週三回濡れた床には気をつけて下さい 3. Guest Bathroom Need to be cleaned before and after our guests use Bathroom marbles (floors) – once a week ゲストルームの浴室洗面清掃客人が来る前、来た後に清掃してください洗面所の大理石の床の清掃−週一回 4. Main Bath tub & Shower area Needs to be cleaned everyday 主寝室の浴槽、シャワー毎日清掃して下さい
Bedroom	1. Furniture and other items must be handled with care家具、その他の装飾品は取り扱いに気をつけて下さい2. Vacuuming / Mopping / Furniture dusting as listed on the weekly schedule. Please pay attention to the stain and spots on the floor. 掃除機、モップがけ、家具類の掃除は別途の週間スケジュール表を参照してください。床のシミや汚れには気を配って下さい。 3. Bed linen – change weekly and as requested ベッドリネン類–毎週一回、その他要望があれば交換して下さい 4. Toys and books – children are responsible for looking after their toys and books. They need to keep their rooms tidy and organized. Please help them and guide them when help is needed. おもちゃ、本類−おもちゃならびに本類の整理整頓は子供たち各自に責任を持たせています。彼ら自身で各自の部屋をきれいに保ち、整理整頓しなければなりません。必要であれば手伝い、指導してあげてください。
Windows	Window wash is required once a week for inside / once a month for outside. For safety reason, please do NOT wash windows when children are at home. Please be CAREFUL when you are reaching high and washing windows.（二重窓の）内側の窓は毎週、外側の窓は月一回掃除して下さい。安全のため子供たちが家にいる時は窓掃除をしないで下さし。高い所ならびに窓の掃除をしている時は気をつけて下さい。
Helper’s room	1. Needs to be tidy and organizedきれいに保ち整理整頓をして下さい 2. Bed linen should be changed weeklyベッドシーツは毎週交換して下さい 3. No food should be kept in the room to avoid ants issueアリの侵入を防ぐために部屋には食べ物を置かないで下さい Please feel free to ask us if you need anything to keep your room comfortable. We respect your privacy and comfort about your living area. 部屋を快適な状態に保つため必要なものがあれば私たちに教えて下さい。貴方が生活する部屋のプライバシーと快適さを保てるように協力します。
Shopping	1. Select high quality, safe and fresh food and produces 高品質で安全性が高く、新鮮な食品、製品を選んで下さい 2. Check the inventory in hamper and refrigerator and plan carefully before shopping in order to minimize waste無駄を少なくするために買い物をする前には食品庫と冷蔵庫の中の在庫を確認し、計画を立ててください。 3. All shopping must be claimed with a receipt and kept in Petty cash* notebook. (* See Petty Cash) 買い物の時は必ずレシートを受け取り、小口現金ノートに記入して下さい。
Petty cash	1. Petty Cash is kept in a separate wallet for shopping and other payment. 小口現金は買い物とその他の支払いのために別の財布に管理しています。 2. Handle with extra care, and need to be claimed with a receipt all the time. 現金の取り扱いには常に細心の注意を払って、レシートと添えて下さい 3. Shopping includes: Grocery shipping, Taxi / transportations, dry cleaning. 買い物：食品日用品の買い物、タクシー／交通費、ドライクリーニング代等

a) Children

a. Children’s safety is always the first priority. Please monitor them carefully all the time.
子供たちの安全を常に最優先にして下さい。注意をして彼らを監視して下さい。

b. We would like our children to be independent age appropriately. Although they don’t require constant help and assistance for their daily routine, please monitor them carefully and assist them when they ask (at bathroom / toilet, brushing teeth, washing themselves, at table / handling foods and beverages etc).
子供たちには年相応に自立していて欲しいと思っています。日常生活で付きっきりお世話や援助は必要ありませんが彼らの行動を良く見て、要望があった場合は援助してあげて下さい（風呂場やトイレにて／歯磨き、手洗い、食卓にて／食べ物や飲み物の扱い）

c. We expect our children to respect others and use polite manner. When they need some assistance or help from you, please expect them to use ‘Please’, ‘May I’, ‘Would you’ and ‘Thank you / No thank you’.
子供たちには他の人へ敬意を払うこと、良いマナーを使うように指導しています。助けが必要な場合は「お願いします」「ありがとう」「結構です」と表現させてください。

d. Please feel free to ask and talk to us about caring of our children. Each boy is very unique and has an individual character. If you have any difficulty being with them, please let us know.
子供たちのお世話については何でも私たちに質問して下さい。子供達はそれぞれユニークで性格も違います。彼らとの関係で難しいと感じることがあれば、何でも知らせて下さい。

Domestic Helper

私たちの香港での生活をより快適なものにするために貴方が協力してくれること希望いたします。貴方が私たち家族にとって重要な存在であると考えています。それぞれの家族の一員とこの家族のルールを尊重してください。私たちが貴方の助けが必要であると同時に私たちも貴方を助けて行きたいと考えています。

f. Please complete your everyday tasks listed in weekly schedule. There might be a major / minor changes in your work and schedule depending on the day. Please be flexible and try your best to accomplish your task that is given everyday.
ウィークリースケジュールに記されている毎日の仕事を完了出来るようにしてください。日によっては仕事内容やスケジュールに多少の変更があるかもしれません。毎日与えられた仕事を終らせるために柔軟に対応し、ベストを尽くして下さい。
